It Takes A Village: Daycare Fundraiser

If it takes a village to raise a child, could it take a windmill to raise a village? Help us find out and join our cause on one or more Sundays in April when we will be donating our tour admissions revenue to the Danish Village's local daycare center, Kids in the Village. We're excited for this opportunity to generate support for an important local organization.

The Danish Windmill will be open our normal hours of 12pm - 5pm with tours running throughout the day. See some of the windmill's brand new exhibits and possibly witness the windmill in action for a grinding session if weather permits. Standard admission rates of $5.00 per person 13 and over apply. We are asking membership holders with free admission to consider free-will donation. All admissions revenue generated each Sunday will be given to the daycare. 

To help encourage participation, we've coordinated with local food vendors to have food options available each of these 4 days. Thank you to Kringleman Pastries, Norse Horse Tavern, Master Griller Catering, and Hungry Spartan Pizza for sponsoring this program.

*Please note that food vendor times will vary and may not run the entire day. Vendor hours will be announced once available.
